My wife 77 years old has had lung xrays, negative, Ct scan

My wife 77 years old
has had lung xrays, negative, Ct scan abdomen ,negative , heart checks negative
Has low cortisol, and sodium levels . Is not anaemic TSH reading OK
Is getting weaker and weaker , spent last three days in bed except for toilet.
This has been present and getting worse for 3 months.
Now she is just sleeping no energy at al cannot sit up even.
My feeling is it is adrenal malfunction , but how do we get her admitted
to the correct hospital with 8 hours in A and E?
