Hello, I have joint ownership of 2 apartments with my wife.

Resolved Question:

Hello, I have joint ownership of 2 apartments with my wife. We recently went through a breakup which was initiated by me leaving with another woman.
We have no children and is self employed and earns enough to live on.
She says if I give her both apartments she won't persue alimony.
I'm uncertain of my chances if I take this to court.
Any advice is much appreciated.

In any case you should not agree to this "out of court". This negotiation should be part of the divorce proceedings assisted by both parties' lawyers. Otherwise you risk losing all rights to the apartments then have to pay alimony...
