I get dizzy every time I read, or do crosswords, or work on

Customer Question

I get dizzy every time I read, or do crosswords, or work on the computer, or read or play on my phone (all of which I do infrequently and only for short periods of time because of the dizziness). The dizziness comes afterwards, I.e. when I finish and look elsewhere. It can last for quite a while afterwards. What could be causing it and what can I do?

Do you get dizzy any other time?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I actually do feel mildly dizzy a lot of the time, but the dizziness after reading etc feels more intense and also feels like my eyes struggle with the change between close and far as well (although I feel I can see very well both distant and close up), if that makes sense?

do you take any meds?

Not at the moment.

I think this could be inner ear. BPPV. It is a condition that causes dizziness. I would see your doctor. You may need an MRI
