I am afraid this is not an instant service because we all
have clients and court and travelling. Sometimes you will get a reply in
minutes. Sometimes it may be hours.

Was this agreement is sealed by the court?

When you entered into the agreement, did your son intended
to go to university?

Hi
Thanks for using JustAnswer. My name is Claire, I will do whatever I can to answer your question.
When you say that there was a "Written Contract" when was this made and for how long have the payments been made?
What is the exact wording about when it should end?
