Decisions from ECHR are normally signed by the Registrar and the President not a legal secretary, without reasons or explanation.
what other information do you require?
The decision was made on 27th September 2012 received 19th October 2012. I have written to the President of the Court on 1st November 2012 and again on the 7th January 2013, neither letter and enclosures have been replied to.
The inadmissible decision was not endorsed by the Court, what action can be taken.
The decision is in relation to an application dated 17th March 2009 to the European Court of Human Rights, following further evidence sent in 2012 showing serious irregularities committed by two High Court Judges under article 6 in civil proceedings this decision was sent by the legal secretary who received all my documents on behalf of the Registrar. The same legal secretary had not acknowledged the further evidence sent even when requested to do so. The decision omits serious issues and gives no explanatory grounds, there was no hearing.
