I've split up with my husband we have joint mortage which is £450 & secure loan on the house£350. My husband is paying this at the moment. we both have a 6year old who lives with me in the house. My husband pays no child maintence but wants me to pay towards the mortage which cannt afford. My husband p60 from last year employment 32052.98 tax deducted 4902.60. what sort of maintence would he have to pay? whats my best option. secure loan & mortage

Hi. The mortage is still interest only still 135 grand. loan used on the house not sure how much left on there. think is 30K. we both have debt plans. I work part time £125 week then tax credits.
