Claire

hello I need an answer to the question.
what is my best course of action to ensure a clean break from her?

I understand that there will be financial implications based upon our income and status but I do not wish to be saddled with her remaining in the home without any contribution, especially given the negative equity issue!

Hi Paul
I appreciate your concerns but sadly this may not be achievable at first - however if I am to try and give you some assistance I
do need a rough idea of those figures
