my ex is taking me to court to get pr and contact. the children refuse to see or talk to him because of his violence drink and drugs also his lies. will the courts stand by my kids

molly is 14 and has not spoke since 2008 and amy is 11 and has not spke to him since christmas 2012.

Yes . He has got information wrong . Amy's date
of birth, when we split up. Also I apparently actively stop him seeing the girls. It's there choice . He also doesn't pay me maitance. Truthfully I think is only doing this because I have moved in with my partner.
