is my ex husband entitled to half of the house witch he left 3 years ago and as not paid a penny towards the up keep bills and maintaining of the said property nothing towards mortgage I have a 6 year old daughter and he is trying to force me to sell and give im half .

How much is the house worth and how much is outstanding on the mortgage?
What other assets are there and what income do you each have?

The house is worth £85,000 and the outstanding mortgage is £25,000.


I only work part time 5hrs a week which is £30 he works full time as a chef and earns around £20,000 a year. There is no other assets. He has also just bought another house
