my sons wife instigated acrimonious divorce proceedings last september,and then in january contacted him.he visited her house to see their daughter ,not seen since september.and she cancelled the divorce proceedings .3 months later she started proceedings again asking for costs .is he legally obliged to pay them.he is not contesting the divorce in which she is denying him access to their daughter
