My sons girlfriend is having a baby. She is on methodone.

Customer Question

My son's girlfriend is having a baby. She is on methodone. I think the baby will go into care. Does my son have any access rights? Do I/ Are we allowed to visit the baby in hospital to give her presents or will we never see the baby?
