My Uncle has just died. He left a Will naming an Executor

Customer Question

My Uncle has just died. He left a Will naming an Executor whom the Family do not get along with. My Uncle was unmarried and had no children. He has 4 surviving sisters, one of whom is my Mother who lives in the UK. 2 other sisters live abroad and the 4th has dementia. Is my Mother allowed to arrange my late Uncle's funeral or must we allow the Executor to do so?
