Hallo! We divorcing whit my wife and we have 1 child.child will stay with my wife but she is no working .i dont mind to pay maintenance for my son but if my wife wanna divorce with me i dont wanna support her anymore .Should i pay to her anything if she is no working ?

In fact the child maintenance rate is now 12% of your GROSS income
Given your income spouse maintenance on top of that is unlikely - but does depend on her housing needs
