If you have been living a part on a trial separation but the spouse has been living in the property part time then are we still entitled to a divorce on grounds of separation on being apart for 2 years.

IF it was for less than six months it is not a problem at all.
If it was for more than that then you will have to show that you lived entirely separately - like two strangers - in the property - no shared cooking, cleaning, washing, shopping or anything at all
