yes my son has left secondary education and is now in the army. the house is worth £180,000 the formula for working out was based on the mortgage being £48,000. and he got a third i got 2 thirds. I wish to reclaim unpaid maintenance from him. we got divorced in 2002.

Hi
Was the maintenance payable under a court order or via the CSA?
Is the outstanding mortgage £48,000?
