My ex husband and I, are 50% tenants in common of the house

Customer Question

My ex husband and I, are 50% tenants in common of the house he still lives in. He is not in a position to buy my share of the property, but I am remarried and need my share as deposit on a new home. Can I force a sale so that I can release my share?
