I am currently paying CSA payments for my son and daughter

Resolved Question:

I am currently paying CSA payments for my son and daughter who live with their mother. My daughter turns 18 on 1 May 2014 and will be leaving school at the end of May after she has completed her 'A' levels. When do I finish paying CSA payments for her?

Many thanks for your earliest assistance in this matter.

Clare :

Hi

Clare :

Thank you for your question.

Clare :

My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will do my best to help you

Clare :

Since you are paying via the CSA and your daughter is doing A levels your last payment will be at the start of September

Clare :

However if for any reason your daughter remains in Secondary Education (resits possibly) then the payments will continue so long as she is under 20 and in full time (more than 12 hours a week) secondary eductaion

Clare :

I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details

Customer:

Many thanks for that.
