Hi
I am sorry but at the time of your divorce this was the only way that your valuable pension could be shared.
Unless you wish to offer a substantial capital settlement instead this money will have to be paid whilst one of you is alive and she remains unmarried
I am sorry not to give better news
Please ask if you need further details
