I am still married but live in another property away from

Customer Question

I am still married but live in another property away from my wife she lives in the home I bought. I am due to start claiming pensions in August 2014 and have to answer some questions before payments can start. First let me state that I dont think we will live together again but I cannot see us getting divorced. I will not force her to leave the family home or sell but also I will not share my pension with her but in the event I die before her I am prepared to allow her to have her legal entitlements of my pensions. When asked about my married status how do I answer this legally and not run the risk of compromising my entitlements.
