My name is Clare and I will do my best to help you Either partner is allowed to have visitors at the property - so long as they are there with then the ex can insist that the guest leaves.
It is of course avery difficult position in any event and it would be sensible for the couple to actually agree the basis on which they are n=both remaining in the property
