tdlawyer :

Was interest received by the executors?

Customer:

not known

tdlawyer :

Okay. They will need to do a statement to show what money there has been, what has been spent, interest accrued etc.

tdlawyer :

Ask them for this or when this will be ready.

tdlawyer :

If interest has accrued, then this should be paid to you insofar as it relates to the money that was due to be paid to you.
