Hi
To go ahead with a divorce you will need to make strenuous efforts to trace her first.
You need to instruct an Enquiry Agent - which may cost £100 or so.
Once you have that you should write and ask if she is willing to agree to a divorce based on the fact that you have lived part for two years.
Say it must be confirmed in writing
If she replies then you can go ahead with a divorce on that basis
The details of how to do this are here
https://www.gov.uk/divorce/overview
If she refuses - or does not reply - then you can still go ahead but you will have to use the Unreasonable Behaviour ground.
If you cannot find her then you can still go ahead with the Behaviour Ground - but you will need to ask the courts permission to go ahead without serving the papers on her
The form is here

I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
