Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
How much is the house worth and how much is outstanding on the mortgage?
How old are the children and are they also his children?
Clare

Hi Clare

The house is worth 125.000 and there is £52.000 left on the mortgage. The children are 16 and 18, both still in full time education, and no they weren't his children.

Hi
Did you protect your investment with a Declaration of Trust - if not what was discussed about your interest in the property?
Clare

He said that i would be ok as I have proof of the money that was put in, and that his family would be ok. But they have been proven to be far from that, trying to get me out and saying they are going to come into my home and take all of his things. That is why I need to know where I stand,.
