Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
What agreement have you made?
Clare
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
We have agreed for me to keep the house and he only wants the car, both are in my name, I had my house before I meet him and a year ago we we bought a car on Hp I also told him he can take what ever he wants from the house but he doesn't want anything, he saw a solicitor on Monday but I don't know what I should be doing

I sent you a reply and you never got back to me

Hi
My apologies for the delay.
Are you happy with that arrangement and how long have you been married?
Clare
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes I am happy with that arrangement, I've nearly been married for 9 years, so do I need to see a solicitor
Expert:  Clare replied 2 years ago.
Hi
Not at this stage if agreement has been reached on matters
However once you have received any paperwork then it would be sensible to ask again
You also need to ensure that there is a Clean Break consent Order dismissing all financial claims you may have on each other
Please ask if you need further details
