My daught doesnt take drugs drink smoke she has a wonerfull home never been in any trouble social services took my children 8 months ago saying I put my ex before my children because I took him back finished with him last november iv had nothing to do with him since how long can they keep my children and how can I get them back

My 1st child is 9 my 2nd 7 and the3rd 2 and 8 months and the next hearing is september it was going to be 1 august but soscial services want my baby adopted and the gardian says that my auntie can have him if I dont get him she has been asesd twice now there asking to be done the therd time iv done nothing wrong my ex is in prison now so the danger has gone iv moved house iv done everything theyv asked me to do but they just keep moving the goal post its been 8 months now please help

That he can stay with my auntie because my older two children are now living with there dad from my first relationship but my babies father is in prison now for breaching his mulastation order iv had all my children for 9 years with no problems but my ex made me loose them all but I want all my babies home with me now like we was before will u be contacting me again tonight as iam falling asleep sorry

Yes the gardian said she would like little john to live here for now untill emma can reapply for him but we all know emma has done nothing wrong they just think her ex is too much threat and at the moment emma only sees the other two because thats what there dads wants at the moment but iv always been in the other two children lives constant

No the baby is in foster care the gardian is going to ask the judge if he can come and live with . My daughter was with the ex for 4 years. Shes now just got supervision starting next sunday to see the two older children and she sees the baby every thursday and friday
