What evidence do I need to divorce my wife under adultery

Customer Question

What evidence do I need to divorce my wife under adultery ?

Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help you
Adultery is very hard to prove unless your ex admits it - preferably in writing - or there is a baby who can be DNA tested.
It is much much easier to use Unreasonable Behaviour as the ground - and it makes no difference to any financial settlement
Please ask if you need further details
