No these payments are between my x wife and myself as was the divorce no court involved at all

been divorced for 4 years my income is 22,500 I think hers is the same my pension is 650 after tax at moment split 50/50 how ever I have some problems and believe that im paying her to much but she disagrees. I gave her 10,000 pound when I left paid her 500 pound a month for 12 months then 300 for 12 months then 150 stop that about 18months ago but through all that still gave her my half of the pension till 12 months ago
