Clare

Yes,should i write to them.

Expert:  Clare replied 2 years ago.
Hi
From what you have said this is likely to be simple clerical incompetence
The pension Company should have completed the transfer within Four months of being given notice

I suggest that you write to them pointing out that they are in breach of the Statutory requirement - and ask for compensation
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
