Hi there , if a pension adjustment order is not followed up i.e formalised after a divorce can it be done retrospectively? Bernie
Hi Again..wondering when an answer is likely to arrive?//
1) Decree Absolute 8 Oct 2004 Naas ,Co Kildare
2) The Solicitor omitted to follow up on it.
I presume this is done by the solicitor on the other side.
Can I call you and if so please forward a number.
Other details: My husband died suddenly last November of an aneurysm and his former wife who unfortunately got diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease two years ago is trying to claim his Dept of Education Pension.
She is going back to court to try and now get a formal PAO retrospectively.
I want the pension signed over to me and will forward the full pension to my husbands ex wife untill her demise and then it will be used properly instead of my beloveds pension dissapearing into the pension funds coffers ..
the question has not been answered as indicated by Claire, she is handing it to ROI SECTION....////////
