my partner had passed away as his commen law wife i will not get his pension it will go to his 2 sons until they are 18 which is right and fair but his ex wife says she wanted executers name and addy of his will for csa is this just to confirm he has passed away?as everything else was left to me will is not contested and boys get 20% equity each out of house when 21,have explained she has to go thru executer and given her name and addy for csa to contact
