Thank you for your question.
My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
What is the exact wording of the relevant clause?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Sorry delay

There is no clause Trust to be set up

The Will records 6 adults and their Children

3 of the adults have 5 under 18 year

Accept no under 18 is allow to received inheritance until 18

My question should one of the under 18 year children die before reaching 18 is their inheritance shared between the remaining 4 under 18's or the 10

The Will must have provided for the setting up of the trust - that is the wording that is needed
