my partner of 14 years died suddenly we had made a joint will stateing which one left could stay for rest of life here i am 84 his son wants me to buy his 1/2 half share//which that much i do not have or he is getting a court order making me sell for him to get his fathers share of the bungalow which we had built on my land can he do thisto me?
