Ok so moving out so she and the child can move back in is not viable.
The law says that a child is entitled to contact with both parents and the courts will enforce this if necessary
You need to attend a first mediation appointment before you go further
Once you have done that you can apply to the court for a Child Arrangement order to allow you to have contact with the child
You will also have to apply for an Order that the DWP release your wife's address TO THE COURT for service.
