If she has not been pursue for the debt in the last 6 years, then the creditor will be statute barred under the Limitations Act 1980 from pursuing the debt through the UK Courts.
When was the last time she received a demand?
Kind regards

i needed to know that if they have reposed the house dose that close the loan

Hi,
Thank you.
It should as long as it has repaid the loan. If there is any loan outstanding it becomes an unsecured debt.
If they have not made a demand in the UK for the unsecured debt in the last six years then they will be statute barred from claiming it.
Kind regards
AJ
