If my partner died and I'm not on the tenancy even though I've lived with yrs and we got a child together what would happen to our housing situation. Would I have any right to stay. Please can you let me know

Is this a Private rental or a Social Housing tenancy?

Hafod housing association so yes social housing. I'm not worried like him chucking me out as our relationship is excellent. He is older then me I suffer with panic attacks and mental health etc and worry about things even though it haven't happened. Thanks dawn

Have you considered asking Tenancy to be transferred into Joint names?

That is highly unlikely.
However he cannot be forced to do it - so just to check - how long has he lived there and did he inherot the tenancy at all?
