My Final hearing is next week. He cornered my 18yo daughter

Customer Question

My Final hearing is next week. He cornered my 18yo daughter in her bedroom in spring 2011 and then blackmailed her whilst bullying me - until he finally left the family home in January 2013. He has bullied, terrorised and manipulated both of my daughters and me throughout the whole process since including raiding the family home and slandering and liabling me. I have been massively affected and am under the care the NHS crisis team. If conduct isn't taken into account in ' the process' do I have recourse under the new domestic abuse laws which understand offer protection against psychological abuse?

Hi
yes I did understand that - could you explain what you mean by "raiding the matrimonial home"?
What do you wish to achieve using the criminal law?
