If I am not happy with the depth of answers that my ex-wifes lawyers provided wrt to my questionnaire, can I ask for another directions appointment instead of the scheduled FDR?

HI
Could you give me an example?
Clare
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Example 1: I asked for the statements pertaining to a trust account - and received the answer that they are not available

Example 2: I received the statements only for one of her two credit cards

Hi
Thank you - very helpful.
You should write a letter to the solicitors detailing the missing documentation and pointing out that without those documents the FDR cannot be meaningful.
You should also write to the court and express your concern that it will not be an effective FDR given the missing documentation and ask for a Penal Notice to be attached to cover the missing documentation
On the day you can ask for the matter to be dealt with by way of a Directions Order if the court has not responded before then
Please ask if you need further details
