Hi claire,
My ex's solicitor have sent me a lettr requesting confirmation of my holiday arrangements and Training dates.
In the past my then solicitor had requested copies of his phone bills when he had made allegations That phone contacts not been done and he did not forward. They have sent a letter to court saying i have breached the court order. I havent its the grandmother that has i clearly have just moved it until the hearing. Also my ex has missed 3 saturdays recently while the court order is for every saturday. He has breached it well before. I definately do not want to give any holiday details as last time my daughter told him we going egypt. He followed. What do u suggest
