I signed a separation agreement which included I agree to

Customer Question

I signed a separation agreement which included
I agree to selling the property I'm in immediately..
My circumstances have since changed and I know
I couldn't financially afford to leave the house..
I have 4 children, of whom 3 are dependants..
Do I have any rights to now stay?
My estranged husband has agreed a sale on the house
Without my consent saying it's in the agreement
And I will be issued with a court order if I don't
Adhere to the sale
Regards
Sarah

Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
How much is the house worth and how much is outstanding on the mortgage?
How old are the children?
Did you have legal advice on the Agreement before you signed it?
Have divorce proceedings been issued yet?
