Hi Claire, The wording on the court order is tertiary education however the child is looking to move out of the family home and go and get fulltime employment and rent his own flat.

Id he i snot going straight into University then your husband can stop the payments in June at the end of the school term.
When his son goes to University then he can recommence payment directly to his son
