The child is 6 and the father only sees him for 3 hours on the weekend.

But her concern is that she thinks that according to English law that he can take the boy because i;m not Muslim?? That is what i would like an answer to if that is correct or not?

Thank you for your help,

Hi
No that is not correct.
The only basis on which her relationship with you could lead to the child being removed from her care is if you were a proved danger to children - which I am sure you are not
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
