Relist: I still need help.
I had a letter back from my Exs solicitor, most the of it went on about my Ex and my Girl friend, that should not be the issue, They have stated that I can see Matthew between 11am and return him by 5.30pm.
I can not see him on Monday,Wednesday or Thursday as they are school days.
I have to see my on, so if I agree to Saturday and Sunday, can I still go to court and get a Arrangement order. I am still not allowed to let my girlfriend see Matthew as this is stated in the letter.
What is my best move , I am desperate to see my son.

If I take the offer will it effect my Child arrangement order, I am looking for more access plus for Matthew to again start staying over.

Thanks

Adam

Hi Clare.

I will now have to wait for her response. If she wont go to mediation, can I go on my own? Thank you for all your help.

Hi
In fact you need to attend the Mediation Information and Assessment meeting even if she does not do so!
