my daughter is in foster care which she has been since 2009 since then i have changed my life around im in a settled relationship to which ive just had my baby boy in march of this year my son is still on child protection due to historic concerns ive just had a core group meeting to which everythink is very positive ....now today the foster carer has announced she is retiring my daughter is 12 now and is really desperate to come home is there any chance this can happen and if so how do i go about it ?
