My 14 year old son is living with his father at the moment

Customer Question

My 14 year old son is living with his father at the moment although I've always done everything for him, that hurts, I've heard from someone today that he didn't take my son into school today and took him round another school without informing me, what rights do I have?

Yes, he chose about 2 months ago to live with his dad, his dad is just buying his attention, we have been to court and the court decided that he was old enough to make up his own mind although he wanted my ex to encourage his contact with me which he isn't doing
