If I donate sperm in a Czech Republic clinic to a married woman who lives in the UK, can I be asked for child maintenance if she puts my name on the birth certificate at a future date?

She says she doesn't want child maintenance just for me to help her get pregnant. She says she wants to know the child's father and wants to put his name on the birth certificate.

Hi
If your name is ***** ***** Birth Certificate then she will certainly be able to apply for Child Maintenance in the future.
Indeed even if the name is ***** ***** the Certificate if you go ahead with what is basically a private arrangement then there is a risk that she will be able to make such a claim in the future
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
