And what do you wish to know about it?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Clare, I have not had contact with my daughter since February 2015. I want to know they have stopped contact? When will they resume contact. What support are they implementing for her to maintain contact. At the moment they have not put Anytning in place.
I am getting really annoyed with them.
With new social worker allocated for the four children nothing is happening for contact with my daughter
Asma
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
Have you asked in writing?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Clare, I am hesitant to put in writing because I do not get a proper response from them the LA only offer face to face meetings. But I am willing to write to them again. Would this be a starting point?
The Children's previous social worker is now the team Practice Manager. Is very interesting
Asma

You are indeed!
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Clare, I spoke to my solicitor she will contact ex husband solicitor to confirm if ex has returned back to UK when money will be paid.
She will also contact the estate agent will clearly say to him the property cannot be until ex has not paid to the agreement. She will ask where is the second respondent whereabouts. If he becomes difficult then she will make an urgent application to the court. Concern is one of the houses is on the forsale, secondly we need to the second respondent's where abouts.
If my money is paid by this week then we don't need to do anything if not we will let the court carry on with the application.
He had plenty of time to pay me. What do you think of this?
Asma
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
It is a good plan
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Clare, she knows what's she's doing. She's doing her best. I just hope it's good news this week I get money
Asma
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
I hope so too
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Clare, if ex solicitor does not say what their position is it's better for my solicitor just to do the urgent application today there is no point prolonging for them.
Judge needs to know the house is back on market. Do you think it's reasonable?
Asma

Hi Clare, my older sister is very unsupportive of me. I want to stay away from her.
But she can back bite and be in favour of ex husband she doesn't know where I live which is the best thing to do.
I did not tell her my address
She might tell ex husband I can't trust her my own sister.
Is it better to stay like that?
Asma
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
