Hello
Welcome to Just Answer
I am a Solicitor and will assist you.
If you are now applying for Decree Nisi - on the basis that the Respondent has completed the Acknowledgement of Service form confirming that they do not seek to defend the divorce - then you can complete the part to say that it is their signature on the Acknowledgement of Service Form. You also attach a copy of the Acknowledgement of Service Form to your application.
Kind Regards
Caroline
