Can you just repeat your answer, not quite sure I understand

Resolved Question:

Can you just repeat your answer, not quite sure I understand the answer. Can my aunt as his wife request sight of a copy? As his widow does she have any rights? From what I can understand the gardener can dispose of the family home.

Hi,
The executor does not need to provide a copy of the will prior to probate - but you can ask for it at any time. After probate the will becomes a public document. The executor can not just dispose of assets he needs to comply with the terms of the will. Happy to discuss. Please rate positive.
