Asking on behalf of my lover
She is married both party's are together for financial reasons
Three kids one 21 at university one 18 severely disabled one 13 in private education
Mother does not work
If they divorce separate is the Father still accountable for the school fees

Clearly if they get divorced arrangements will be made with regard to the finances and if the children are living with your partner there will be the question of maintenance; but I am afraid that there would be no guarantee of him paying the school fees if he said that he no longer wanted the child to go to private school. Next question I have left the marital home and renting separately kds 21 not in full time education and 18 in full time education with a part time job mortgage in both names I have just been made redundant I have been paying 300pm to the family I can no longer afford to what are the options in a divorce
