HI
What is actually happening?
Has your son been to mediation?
Clare
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
He was taken to court for aggression but still had regular contact with his son for 2 months having him overnight and weekends on average 2/3 nights a week . He then on advice paid only half property rent in February to ensure his son had a home and she then withdrew contact. He has a restraining order in place on her but as grandparents why are we withheld contact
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
What application has he actually made?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Child access order
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
An order to say he would return him at the allotted time as she for some unknown reason thinks he won't when he always did before March
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
Have there been any hearings so far at all?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Nothing since we paid money in July
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
Did you write a cheque to the court?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No paid cash to my sons solicitor
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
Have you seen any evidence that the Court applictaion has actually been made?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No I haven't don't know if my son has or not
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
If the application had been issued then a date would have been set by now and I think you need to ask your son for a more detailed explanation of what his solicitor is doing.
